SUSAN RADER

Sports, fitness, and injury rehabilitation have always been a big focus in Susan’s life, so a B.A. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas fit right into the picture. This degree was a great foundation for the many opportunities to come her way. Susan has experience in personal training/exercise instruction, nutrition counseling, and coaching/teaching. Currently Susan also works with children with disabling conditions.

In 2000, Susan graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School. This training provided the beginning of a rewarding career in massage therapy. Susan has provided massage for Austin area sporting events, including the Motorola Marathon and the Danskin Triathlon. Some of Susan’s volunteer activities include table massage for the Lance Armstrong Ride for the Roses and chair massage for the Ovarian Cancer Society. In order to learn more about injury prevention and rehabilitation, Susan recently received training in Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy. Susan is also a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Massage Therapist. The best part of her life is the role of “Mom” for two teenage boys.
