COMPREHENSIVE CROSSFIBER TECHNIQUE

COMPREHENSIVE CROSSFIBER TECHNIQUE

What is Comprehensive Crossfiber Technique?

Comprehensive Crossfiber Technique (CCT) is a technique that was inspired by the work of Thérèse Pfrimmer of Ontario, Canada, and developed by Victoria Ross, authorized Master Pfrimmer Instructor. It is a highly refined system of corrective treatment designed to aid in the restoration of damaged muscles and the adjacent soft tissue throughout the entire body. This full-body across-the-muscle-fiber method combines a series of detailed strokes with a full-coverage “three-pass” system that utilizes the body’s own “time-release,” systemic healing responses. It is highly-effective in addressing pain and a wide range of muscular and soft-tissue conditions and serves as an excellent foundation for other types of corrective bodywork. Training in this technique is being offered through the International Institute for Corrective Muscle Therapy, Inc., as the Level 1 course under their Crossfiber Corrective Muscle Therapy® Program.
